John my condolescences to you and your family. It was a tough day when my grandfather passed away 5 years ago. It was alot tougher 3 months ago when my father passed away. As much as it hurts, take time to comfort your parent that lost their mother. Even though we get caught up in life, we can never love them too much. As you said, she went doing what she loved.
