I have this same sound. I upgraded to porterfield pads. I assumed it could have been the pads slightly grabbing. Since it is only on slow turning with the wheel locked to one side, I won't worry about it.

I think it is the tires scrubbing, since the turning radius on the car is pretty sharp, the outside tire is probably scrubbing a little, causing the noise.
