KJ, before you do anything about your wing, take it back to the dealer. I know "Melspank" and "Randy" in FLA. had theirs fixed under the rust warranty. They purchased their cars brand new, but I don't know what Chrysler's policy is about dealing with rust if the car is with a 2nd. owner.
Still, cars in Texas shouldn't be rusting, (unless of course they're by the Gulf).
