Per VALKRYDERGUY: Once the form has been filled out and you hit "send" you will get a response that the message was sent. The first few times my screen went blank and I doubted the message actually sent those times. I found out that my Pop up blocker software was interfering with the send action and once I disabled all pop up blocker software it sent and I got confirmation.
Per feedback in an earler reply on this thread, make sure you have disabled the Pop-Up Blocker under your internet tools. I got the same blank page after attempting to send request to Karmann plant. Once I disabled the Pop-Up Blocker, when I filled out the form again, I got an immediate acknowledgement from Karmann that the message was transmitted.
Per Veloce: For future edification, please do as I: copy and paste before sending vis-a-vis a word processor document and then save it before sending. It may not be important here, but someday, somewhere you will wish you had a record.
I couldn't agree more with this feedback. I typically just make a PDF file of whatever I need to save for future reference. For business purposes, this is especially important to be able to refer back and see history of events and/or eMail trails.
