The 6000k seemed too blue and the edge of the beam on the road has a purplish tinge to it, something that I didn't like. The 5000k is pure white on the road and look awesome in the projector (just a faint tint of blue in some angles).
I'll get some pictures at night of how well the beam shines tonight if I can find my camera
I had the 6000k kit and yes, it was too blue. But not blue enough for me to buy new bulbs. One burnt out and now I have 5000k, yes, they are that much better!
If i have to buy new bulbs I am going to go with 4300k. My 5000k still seem like they have a bluish glow, but not much AT all. I don't think i'd used pure white, but then McCulloch vs my eBay china HID's might have somethign to do with it.
