Nitrous and CO2 chillers are two very, very , very different things.
The concept behind CO2 chilling intake air is...wasteful and leads to little or no power gain. In fact, spraying CO2 around an engine seems like a real mistake to me, if any of it were to end up inside the engine.
The correct application would be a material with a high thermal mass, such as an ice water bath around the stock intercooler.
Go nitrous, don't look back.
