The crank bolt on the car is 1 time use only. Once properly torqued it stretches and CANNOT be reused.
x2 The crank bolts are just like head bolts on pretty much all newer cars(past 10 years or so) and are stretch bolts. If you reuse them they can still "work" but most of the time will still be loose when re-torqued.................or will just snap in half.
