Yes I blocked off the throttle body vacuum. I don't feel there is any need to draw in the warm air. There is enough pressure to vent moisture and oil into the can without the throttle assisted vacuum. I think with the K&N filter on top that should allow the moisture a way to vent off. The set up also allows you to remove the filter and cap the can to run with a vacuum set up if you want.
