In the premium package you should be getting up to a week in free rental, I have used this policy many times on my 04 and 05, also have had the car for 7 days in some instantances, and never had a problem getting a loaner either from the dealer or Enterprise car rental, you need to take the matter up with the service manager, or find another dealer, then report that dealer to Chrysler, and if you get a survey from them, slam them hard about the rental.
