Yeah it was a scheduled appointment with a five-star dealer. When I dropped it off they said they'd have it back to me by the end of the day, but it went into the next day. I told the guy what you guys said the other day, and he replied he didn't see that information pertaining to the car when he looked it up on the computer (warranty, etc.)

Anyways, I got the car back today. They replaced both headlamp covers (wow looks so good now!), rattling hatch, bad fuel pump, and tranny leak. Still awaiting the seat chassis from overseas because I get rocking on accel / decel.

When I take it in for the seat chassis replacement, I'm showing them any documentation I have to prove that I'm entitled to a loaner. I'd even drive around in a minivan for a day, just give me something at least!
