Before you buy anything, get it on alignment rack and figure out whether it really is a camber issue. Negative camber alone is not necessarily that hard on tires...unless it's combined with toe out...that can be a killer.

Do you have stock suspension? Camber is not adjustable stock, so if you have one side clearly off, something is broken/bent.

The cheapest camber kit is the notched bolt from Chrysler...could get you in the neighborhood of 0.5 degrees in either direction.
