To be sure, check the JLAudio.com site for specs on the Slash series to make sure they are comparable, but Im pretty sure the PDX are smaller and the HD are about the same (although they might be thicker).

I did have to cut my carpet back a bit and fold it up... you can't tell by looking that it's been done, but I did lose a few inches of floorspace. If you frequently have passengers, that might be a concern.
