There's an earlier reply in this thread that states the color description for the wheels. Don't know what the corresponding color code is.
I'd recommend that you see if there is an alloy wheel repair service in your area. These guys typically can repair, touch-up paint, etc just about any alloy rim. There's a firm in my area that does this as a mobile service and can fix my rims in my driveway, as long as it's cosmetic work only. They charge somewhere between $40 & $50 per wheel. (Note: Wheel straightening requires them to remove the wheel & take it to their shop.) I've got a small amount of 'curb rash' on the passenger side rims. It was there when I bought the car. The rim repair service said it was no problem fixing & matching the paint.
On a side note, the service I'm referring to performs this for quite a few dealers in my area. The last time I talked to them they were at the Land Rover dealer performing rim repairs on several pre-owned vehicles. Watching them work at the dealer was truly amazing! When they finished a vehicle, the rims looked essentially like new.
