A few pics of the windscreen area would certainly make things easier. I've never seen a Crossfire close up, even though neighbors across the way from me picked one up a few weeks ago. See if you can determine how the windscreen edge can be approached. The LEDs need to point into the screen edge for them to light it up.

One caveat I should mention. For the S2000, the stock screen (as well as a larger replacement screen provided by a fellow owner) worked quite well for this applicaton. The 350Z screen, however, caused problems due to a slight tint in the glass. The light was not able to properly light up the Z symbol through the tinting, so people who wanted this also had to replace their screens with a glass known as Sapphire (it's ultra clear).
