Only 1 set of luggage per car. I doubt the original owner will give it up at this point because it is a nice set. You could beat him over the head but probably not worth it.
I have never heard that DC is actually selling the luggage separate but it would not surprise me that they are somewhere. You might want to check with a dealer or possibly someone else knows more about this.
