Is that piece plastic or metal? I can't tell. Is there something I can do to fix it? Something I can buy at home depot.... like a filler or something? I would like to peel it back a little more and then put something in there to at least stop the peeling. And one day I will worry about painting it. The problem is I think that piece is plastic and I don't know what I could use as a filler. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
