NeedsWings, LET Code3, TVT, etc... are no different - and they have no power or protection from any of the above five forces. Most of the products offered are easy to clone - and have no large capitol requirement outlay for start up. This is why many business fail and many start up every day.
The best protection that any organization can have are:- Registered Patent
- Politician (legislation)
- Lawyer
