Hi, Don't take just my answers as to what to do, keep bumping this get more feed back. From my reference pages it is called a Panel Spoiler part #5104929AA "Paint to match" in the $390.00 price range. The little pictures look to be a match. Should be metal as there is an entry next about Sheet metal and how long to refinish or paint one. All of this under the header of Luggage Lid.

Maybe your question would get more response in the exterior trim section?
