Mine is doing the same thing, and no matter how many times I clear it the check engine light keeps coming back on. This is what a member here told me:

It is your air pump relay that might be bad. Youll need to buy the POWER RELAY CONTROL Module(NOT THE POWER CONTROL MODULE). What happens is the pump come on when the car is cold for about 2min and shuts off. The code comes on because the pump is turning on even though the car is warm. All it takes is for it to turn on for a second and turn off and the light will come on for a P0410.

PS My car was sitting for over two months and this problem started after I started it back up for the first time and still hasn't gone away. Looks like I'm going to have to track down that relay he mentioned too.
