When considering the possibility (very real) of having neck/spine problems for the rest of your life......$5000 seems a little low! Look at it this way.......your neck is only worth 5k?


I'd absolutely go after the driver as well! In my eyes that's half the problem with this country anymore......the lack of personal accountability.
