15k miles and both my back tires have developed bubbles, plus I seem to be a magnet for nails. 4 flats in one year? Seriously? What is up with these tires???

I just noticed these bubbles (one on each back tire.) How long can I drive these before they have to be replaced? I have to go out of town this weekend. :-(
