I'm thinking it should hook onto the stationary part of the hinge for the wing, but can't figure out where it's supposed to go. I tried to take pics of it. Can anyone guide me on how to hook it on? I'm going to try to super glue the broken prong back on and hope it holds.

You got me curious so I just went out to the garage and lifted the wing. I can't see any wiring, wiring tube. Only two hinges, water drain holes on each side and the wing.
Mine is an 'o4 Coupe. Maybe they are different than the 'o5 Convertibles.

Possibly your able to look under and inside where all the wiring is; on the coupe, that area is enclosed by the rear hatch interior panel.

Sorry, I can't help you. I tried.
