Why do you think it would throw a code?? All knife edging does is lower rotational mass allowing the engine spin faster along with better throttle response. Just like aluminum and carbon fiber driveshafts. Titanium valve springs would prevent valve float at those higher rpms. Doing this while removing the electronic rpm limiter would allow that little motor send the car faster.
