Well the catalog referenced above was dated 2006 and still shows the 2 different fluids.

I would write up a nice letter - stating how you noticed the service dept put the wrong fluid in your car. That you requested the proper fluid be replaced and the request was declined. Any damage to you transmission that may be possibly caused by this error will be the responsability of the dealer. (copy to service manager and the owner/manager of the store)
Make sure tou include all the important info, Date of service, ticket number, date you notified, date of decline, (the more detailed the more they will know you are on top of things)

Now realistically there wont be an issue - when I had mine fixed the amount of fluid lost /replaced was quite small. Far less than a pint.
