Well, color me stupid! I went out to check this. Yes, the siren sounds and the FOGS, SIDE MARKERS, EYEBROWS and BRAKE lights all flash.
This can be confirmed by the Auburn Police Department. An officer was standing just around the corner watching the baseball game and came walking up as I was trying to turn the damned thing off. I was able to stop the siren by pushing the "Disarm" button, but the lights continued to flash. I stopped this by starting the car. All is now well and the policeman is a pretty nice guy.
