Yes, everytime I see someone pull along side me looking out of their window at the car I get worried. Someone nearly ran into the back of me yesterday, I could see in my rear-view mirror the driver pointing out my spoiler going down to his passenger. I was obviously slowing down for it to go down, but he wasn't slowing down! Scared the hell out of me and him when he suddenly had to slap his brakes on.
