update:
It's definetly belt slip and probally my fault.


Either the belt jumped or I am just an idiot and lined it up on groove off So I just took it for a quick spin. OMG! It feels awsome and pulls so hard and it's almost 80 degrees outside right now. I will hook the computer up later and get some boost readings. AF looks good so far. I'll have to keep an eye on that belt since it burned quite a bit off.
