You'd have to buy the entire lighting switch/fuse box assembly. I tore mine apart thinking I could get it wired up like that so that when it was all the way out, the fogs would stay on even when the high beams were being used but the actual metal strips inside the switch the it would make contact with are missing and there is nothing for the fuses to plug into. Maybe if you found a totaled one over from overseas that was still LHD, it would work but I do know that they have to have a light aiming adjustment switch that may or may not be part of the lighting switch/fuse housing so it may or may not work but if you find more than one, please let me know as I'm game for tearing my dash apart again.
