Oh, I totally agree. But that isn't what I'm talking about.
If you took a 350Z and told me it went low 13 or a high 12, I'd SWEAR you were spraying Nitrous or added forced induction. The fact that Nissan has already got it down in that region ALL MOTOR is very impressive.
Take a 370Z and add an intake, tune, exhaust and a cam and you'll already be where it took a twin turbo system on the 350Z. Again, that's damn impressive.
But to get in the low 12's-high 11's with a 370Z...it still isn't going to happen without spraying the car, or adding a TT or S/C kit. That's just the reality of it. Sucks for them.
That's why you have to love a factory forced induction vehicle.
