One thing it doesn't cover is tire trouble.
So you might as well just buy the basic service since they wount pay for a tire problem.
If you should happen to purchase just the base coverage, with a minimum tow coverage, check with your insurance company. For just a couple dollars per car every six months, I get a towing reimbursement if I have to have my car towed. I think it pays up to a $100.00 on each vehicle I have listed on the policy. It's more than paid for itself many times with my high mileage van's service record
