Well lets see a full tank reduces the thrump..
I'd have to bet with the added weight the car is sitting a tad lower. The shock is now traveling on a different area of the cylinder? My first guess would have been a tire issue but then you said it didn't change with speed. I'm still guessing its a tire issue?
