Just a little update. I'm letting the engine cool down right now so i can pull the plugs and check them, and clean any that need it. The problem is very odd, if it idles rough when i crank it up then it won't accelerate well at all, stumbles and has no power (obviously still misfiring) but if i turn the car off long enough to run into quiznos and come back out it'll run fine (and the CEL is still on from before). Power comes back and zero issues, so it's either there or it's not, no middle ground.
