It can always be close but getting the texture under the matte finish with just enough metallic and not having the clear frosting over is almost impossible for a shop. It isnt like car paint where you just pick a color and shoot. I would not suggest using spray paint or touching up little spots. Only real option is to have the whole center repainted by a good shop.
There is a company in the city that I live. They have about 5 vans and go mostly to dealerships. They spray painted my dash with a water based paint. They rubbed off the excess with a wheel (it was peeling), matched the paint and sprayed. when I look at the areas they did, I can't tell a difference. They matched it perfectly! I am very picky and have an eye to spot all kinds of imperfections. I was very impressed! It can be done because I have seen it with my own eyes! Maybe the guy that did my car was very talented.
