I am in Texas and have the same problem. I had the car in for service already and they said it was fixed. Popped out 1 mile from the Chrysler place. Unfortunately I was leaving to visit relatives in SD for a few months and am just now coming back. The frequency is more and more and at times has been very scary since it happens as I pull out into the road. I do not want this car if the trnsmission has to be rebuilt. Any suggestions on lemon laws or what to do? I have had the car 9 months but have been out of state much of the time. I loose my dealer free tire warrenty if it is repaired elsewhere and I am mad at the dealership for assuming that I just don't know how to drive a stick. Help?
