I was pointing out that this Xfire does not shift as smoothly as the others that I have driven and it definitely does not shift as smoothly as a Mercedes should.
You asked if the rpm dropping from 3k to 2k was normal.. To me that means, "should the rpm's be dropping when you upshift?" my response to that question would be yes... every car I have ever driven.. ever.... with no exceptions.... period... has done that. The only transmission that wouldn't do that is a cvt, only because it doesn't really shift. You said nothing about the way it was shifting. That was a stupid question....
