When you purchased the vehicle you should have received the lemon law paper work.

From what I can recall it goes something like this (I know if a am off base someone will correct me)

Vehicle must go back to service 3 times and not be repaired.
Then the regional Tech comes and does a diagnoses.
Then you must follow up with the proper process for Texas lemon law.

Then they should give you a new car.
