i think this is an asphalt based deadener if so stay away, horrible smell when it gets hot and in tx that is every day, over time looses its adhesiveness and will fall off.

to save money pick up raamat at www.raamaudio.com, they have it for like 120 for 60sq ft, around 2 mill foil and .6 mil butyl.
