If you don't change them yourself, that is about right. You will want to be picky about the type of pads and don't use the stock ones unless you like to clean your wheels everyday. If you specify better pads the price will most likely go up. If you don't want to change rotors anytime soon and want great braking and no dust, go with Ceramic pads such as Posi-Quiet. Rotex Gold are very popular on here as well. Just make sure you know what kind of pads they are going to put in there. Knock off about $1,000 for the tire replacement.
