I have an '05 6-speed and usually get 28-29 mpg mixed city highway, but this is probably due to the higher elevation here; 4600-5000 ft. I made a round trip to Phoenix recently, 427mi and it took 13.1 gallons, works out 32.6 mpg. Not bad considering I was doing between 85 and 90 when possible, and I was stuck in a traffic jam for about an hour, getting 0 mpg. So fuel economy is going to depend on where you live, weather conditions, and driving style.
