Very interesting, indeed, guys. When I pump the gas, I let it go until it automatically stops pumping. To avoid topping off, I stop there. This usually means my gas gauge shows my tank is not quite full. By the time my gas gauge goes down to 1/2 tank, I've only gone less than a hundred miles. When I'm down to about the last 1/2 of the final quarter, I refuel. At this point, I've usually gone about 250 or so miles or less. Hmmm....
