No way I'd give up a good romp with the car to gain a few mpg - sacrilege!

I mean on the highways at 70-80mph. What, did you think I was gonna run the interstates at 3rd gear??? Lol, no, but seriously, the reason why I said "lugging it" was because I wanted to know at what speed I need to be going to engage 6th gear. I know my brother's LS1 Z28 camaro 6 speed (very fast car BTW, he has some mods and ran a 12.9 once) would be lugging in 6th at 80mph. I wanted to know if more people were running the highways in 5th or 6th gear.
