I used a Mercedes SLK hitch to start with and worked it out from there. If I were going to do it again, I would knocked it up out of cardboard and have a machine shop / welder make the pieces. The biggest thing to remember is that the angles for the vertical mounting plates are opposite for the two sides. It is a very simple design and install.
