About a week after dealership oil change I got the dashboard "ding" and OBD oil can and HI .

This happened only once on a 200 mile trip and running about 80mph. I shuut down the engine and allowed time to cool down (Eng temp was normal) I checked oil level it was about 1/4" above full level. I re-started and drove remainding 50 miles home at 45 to 50. No further instances. Dealer says he will vaccum some oil out Thurs (happened Sun nite). Should any damage be expected? (Drove with HI warning about 1/4 mile to safe pull over.)
