I hate golf, with a passion, ironically I'm surrounded by two golf courses both under 1/4 mile away, one of the places the little white ball needs to go into the little slot in the ground, is less than 50 yards away from the window. And another spot where they hit the ball from is about 50 yards from my driveway. Fortunately no car or window shots yet. But my neighbors have about one busted patio door window a year. The golf course pays for the people to come out. Two years ago the doors were open and it went through both (sliding) glass doors. Those things are deadly. Anyway, the golf course noticed the pattern and was nice enough to even let the owners choose new doors completely and pay for the installation of new doors and glass. Maybe not all golf courses but this one is nice. Sometimes instead of washing the windows I wonder if I just throw a golf ball at it would that make it simpler
