for the small dings there are Paintless Dent Removal companies. you could look them up in the phone book or you can actually take the car down to the body shop and they usually can call up the preferred company/technician.the burns in the paint can only be fixed by repainting. preferably youd paint the whole panel with the damage but some places will do "spot" jobs where they only paint the specific area and blend into the rest of the panel.
