Much like everyone has said, I would suggest trying to find a shop that would like to do something like this as a 'pet project' or a shop where you could be like partners in trying to unlock this beast, they take care of some things, you pay for some things. Another thing to realize, if there is a shop that can nail this, I am sure there are others on the forum that would take their cars to them if they have a bulletproof design and implementation down. Just something to think about when trying to persuade a shop to take on the project.
