I had reason to have my battery replaced and the service manager informed me that a recall existed for the cooling fan on my '06 roadster. According to my repair ticket, the job number is CDD2E190. He claimed that the motor was being replaced due to the possibility of the old design catching fire. (????) Whatever the reason, it was a warranty issue.
