It does fit tight. I used a needle-nose pliers and grabbed the center of thr "H" shape in the center of the connector. While pulling, I rocked it a little bit. Don't twist, and don't jerk. Just a little rocking and it will come loose.

I'm replacing the left side now, but beause I bought two H7 Silverstars, I'll next attempt the right side. Looks like I have to remove something first...
