Don't waste your time and money on junk that's not going to solve the problem. Replace the head unit and save the old one for when you sell the car.
I agree with PPRO. But the cheapest and easiest... buy the London MP48 by Blaupunkt. 130 dollars from crutchfield with all the stuff you need and don't have to pay extra. The front face matches the crossfire interior. The best $130 I ever spent in my life for the car. Plus you get to install it yourself and you will feel great for doing it!
