I have been wondering why all of the CICCI information is near the top of the page in this Forum. It seems to me that it should be posted near the bottom separately, or in the Off Topic section? Just wondering why I have to scroll past it every time I want to look at stuff I am interested in regarding this Forum? Now don't get cranky. I'm just asking an honest question.
